Terms of Service

MOJO is a shopping search tool: you describe what you want to buy, and MOJO looks across retailers, coupons, and promotions to help you find a good real price. MOJO is not a retailer. Every purchase happens on the retailer's own site, under that retailer's own terms — MOJO is never a party to that transaction, never handles your payment, and never ships anything to you.

MOJO uses passwordless sign-in (a one-time link sent to your email) — there's no password to create or lose. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address tied to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from MOJO outside normal, individual use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or interfere with MOJO's normal operation
• Use MOJO for any unlawful purpose, or to impersonate another person
• Upload, in Image Search, any photo you don't have the right to submit for this purpose

Prices, discounts, promo codes, and availability shown on MOJO come from third-party retailers and affiliate networks and can change or expire without notice — MOJO re-checks what it can, but never guarantees that a price, code, or promotion is still valid by the time you reach the retailer's site. Always confirm the final price and terms on the retailer's own checkout before you buy.

MOJO may earn a commission when you buy through some of the links it shows you — that's how MOJO stays free to use. It never changes the price you pay, and it never changes how results are ranked: ordering is based on match quality, real price, reviews, and delivery, not on which retailer pays us more.

If you subscribe to deal emails or create a Watch, you're agreeing to receive the corresponding emails. Every marketing email has a working one-click unsubscribe link, and you can remove a Watch yourself at any time from your Watchlist.

Some MOJO features may in the future be offered as a paid tier. No payment is currently collected by MOJO for any feature. If and when that changes, we'll update these terms with real pricing, billing, and cancellation terms before asking you to pay anything.

MOJO's own software, design, and branding belong to Revel LLC. Product names, images, and trademarks shown on MOJO belong to their respective owners — MOJO displays them to help you identify and compare products, not to claim any ownership over them. See our DMCA policy if you believe something on MOJO infringes your copyright.

MOJO is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any price, deal, or piece of information MOJO shows you is accurate, current, or error-free. We're not responsible for the products, service, shipping, returns, or any other part of a transaction you complete with a retailer — that relationship, and any dispute about it, is between you and the retailer.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Revel LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MOJO, including a purchase you made based on information MOJO showed you. Our total liability for any claim relating to MOJO is limited to $100.

You agree to indemnify Revel LLC against claims arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of MOJO.

We may change or discontinue any part of MOJO at any time. If we make a material change to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
