MOJO

DMCA Policy

Last updated August 23, 2026

MOJO (operated by Revel LLC) respects copyright and expects the same from anyone using it. If you believe content on MOJO infringes your copyright, you can submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512.

What to include in a notice

To be effective, your notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and where it appears on MOJO (a URL)
  • Your contact information — address, phone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Where to send it

Email hello@mojo.do with the subject line "DMCA Notice." A notice missing the elements above may not receive a substantive response.

Counter-notice

If material you posted or that identifies you was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including: your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district where MOJO may be found), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

MOJO will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
